What you need to know

Duration: Approximately 40 minutes. Participants must arrive 30 minutes before the tour.

Participants: Limited to a maximum of 6 people. Minimum age requirement is 8 years. Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by someone 14 years or older (booked and paid) during the Backstage Experience. 

Inclusions: Your Backstage Penguin Experience includes a general admission attraction entry ticket.

Experience details: Tours are in English only. Please note you will not be able to touch or feed our penguins on this tour. This experience is not recommended for those sensitive to strong smells.

Bookings: Bookings are essential and subject to availability/confirmation.
