If you are a regular visitor to Willowbank Wildlife Reserve and the International Antarctic Centre, and a New Zealand resident, the Mates Rates membership is a great way to ensure you save some money every time you visit.


Signing up is free, all you need is an email address.

Follow these steps:


1. Provide your full name and email.

2. Proceed to checkout. NB: no payment is required to join.

3. You will then receive a registration email with details on how to register your account online on our website.
Make sure to register your mobile phone and address.

4.Your Mate Rates membership, gives you discounted for you and your group of up to 5 people.
5. To activate your Mates Rates Membership and receive the benefits, you need to visit us in person and one of our friendly staff members will assist you at reception to get your unique Mates Rates code and card. On this visit we will ask to take a photo for identification, which will smooth entry on your subsequent visits.

Once registered and activated, you can log in to our website and any discounts will auto-apply in the shopping cart.
